What’s up?! What’s up?! I am back with my all-time favorite chocolate sheet cake recipe. I posted this recipe during Halloween last year but recycled it and made a Galentine’s Day addition.

That’s the thing about this cake recipe. You can use it for all occasions: birthdays, holidays and more. All you have to do is modify the decorations to showcase the celebration. Since I had Galentine’s Day in mind I subbed the chocolate frosting for a pink buttercream and added festive sprinkles.

Every time I make this people literally go crazy over it and tell me it reminds me of something there mom would make them as a child, which is honestly the best compliment of all time.

You can find the recipe for the this chocolate sheet cake here.
To make the pink buttercream frosting…
- Mix 2 sticks of room temperature butter together. Once butter becomes light and fluffy add 3 cups of powdered sugar and mix on low. Once powdered sugar is combined, add 1-2 drops of red food coloring depending on the desire pink you want, and mix until combined.
